Despite the lawsuits that have delayed our progress, TRITEC remains fully committed to Patchogue and the success of New Village. Like everyone else, we have experienced setbacks before, but this will not deter us from moving forward with our $100 Million investment in the future of your village. As such, we anxiously await the demolition of a blighted property and the ground breaking and construction of a new, dynamic landmark at the “Famous Four Corners.”

The progressive leadership of Mayor Paul Pontieri and the Patchogue 2012 Team strengthens our optimism and confirms our belief that Patchogue will continue to prosper even during these difficult economic times. We share their vision, applaud their courage and greatly appreciate their support. Like them, we are also dedicated to improving the quality of life for the residents and business owners of the community, and to the further revitalization of Patchogue Village.
